The Olympic Games are over, and so are the Ravellenics. I had more projects planned than I had time to finish, but I’m pretty happy with my results anyway. Eight projects done, six of which were things that I’d been working on for far too long. Didn’t even make a dent in my pile of wips, but I’m very happy that I at least got some done :) Wish this sort of event would happen more often than every other year…
I could’ve finished one more item, but I realized that I hadn’t brought enough yarn, so I let it go and spent the rest of the weekend relaxing instead :)
I really wanted to do more for the Games, but I didn’t count on having to dig my projects out from the bottom of our moving load… Would have knitted at least one tiny Mochi, and perhaps even finished another Hansigurumi, but life got in the way. Packing and sorting out what to pack and what to throw away took too much time. Boo.
But all in all this has been a fun event! Definitely participating next time as well :D Time to get back to the Dudes and the Bug I was working on before the games. And of course back to school next week…
This is how my partner Wesley Virgin's adventure launches with this SHOCKING and controversial video.
ReplyDeleteYou see, Wesley was in the military-and soon after leaving-he discovered hidden, "mind control" secrets that the government and others used to get everything they want.
As it turns out, these are the same tactics many celebrities (especially those who "became famous out of nothing") and top business people used to become wealthy and successful.
You've heard that you only use 10% of your brain.
Mostly, that's because most of your BRAINPOWER is UNCONSCIOUS.
Maybe this conversation has even occurred INSIDE OF YOUR own mind... as it did in my good friend Wesley Virgin's mind around 7 years ago, while driving an unlicensed, beat-up garbage bucket of a car with a suspended license and $3.20 in his pocket.
"I'm so fed up with living paycheck to paycheck! When will I get my big break?"
You've been a part of those those conversations, ain't it right?
Your own success story is waiting to start. Go and take a leap of faith in YOURSELF.
